Clean energy bank for Muslim countries?

Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (UPI) May 19, 2010 - Malaysian Prime Minister Najib Razak proposed setting up a Clean Energy Development Bank for the benefit of Muslim countries to boost development of clean energy-related industries.
